I. Matters needing attention in operating mainland residents' tour groups to Taiwan

(1) Travel agencies engaged in mainland residents' travel to Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as package travel agencies) shall choose travel agencies (hereinafter referred to as reception agencies) to receive mainland residents' travel to Taiwan in Taiwan Province Province of the Cross-Strait Tourism Exchange Association (hereinafter referred to as the Maritime Travel Association) and sign contracts with the Maritime Travel Association. (2) The travel agency shall agree with the reception agency to complete the travel itinerary according to the contract arrangement. No tourism activities involving gambling, pornography, drugs and other contents and harmful to cross-strait relations shall be arranged. If the reception agency violates the contract, the package tour agency and its leader shall promptly correct it.

(3) Travel agencies shall not organize mainland residents to go to Taiwan to engage in cross-strait exchange activities and international activities in the fields of economy, culture, health, science and technology, education, religion and academics in the name of "traveling to Taiwan". If the reception agency arranges relevant exchange activities without authorization during the trip, the tour organizing agency and the tour leader should be responsible for correcting them.

(4) Travel agencies shall conclude travel contracts with mainland tourists (hereinafter referred to as tourists). The contract shall include the starting and ending time, itinerary, price, accommodation standard, means of transportation, travel insurance and liability for breach of contract. A travel contract shall be held by both tourists and tour groups. Packaged travel agencies shall abide by the contract, and shall not arbitrarily change the itinerary, reduce tourism projects, or force tourists to participate in non-contractual paid projects in disguise.

(five) the travel agency shall provide tourists with true and reliable information on travel services to Taiwan, and shall not make false propaganda and false advertisements; Do not engage in unfair competition at a price lower than the cost, and disturb the order of Taiwan Province tourism market.

(eighteen) mainland residents should behave in a civilized manner, dress appropriately and speak appropriately during their travel to Taiwan.

(nineteen) mainland residents should raise their awareness of self-protection when traveling to Taiwan. When encountering natural disasters and other emergencies, we should calmly deal with them, obey the on-site command, evacuate the dangerous area as soon as possible, get in touch with the team leader in time, and contact the local or mainland authorities for rescue and protection. In case of sudden illness, relevant measures such as seeking medical treatment nearby should be taken in time; In case of traffic or other accidents, self-help and mutual rescue measures should be taken to protect the scene of the accident and report to the team leader and local police quickly; In case of personal and property safety accidents, it shall report to the police in time.

(20) If the package travel agency or the reception agency entrusted by it violates the contract, changes the itinerary without authorization, reduces tourism projects, or forces tourists to participate in paid projects not agreed in the contract in disguise, thus damaging the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, tourists have the right to claim compensation from the package travel agency.

(twenty-one) tour groups, tour leaders or reception agencies induce and organize tourists to participate in activities involving gambling, pornography, drugs and other harmful cross-strait relations, and tourists should report to the Maritime Tourism Association and relevant departments.
