The first is the passport storm.

On September 20 19, we took part in a tour of five countries in eastern Europe. We will be ready in August, fly from Kunming to Beijing in September 10, and stay in a hotel near the airport that night. The next morning, the hotel car took us to the airport, where we found the team leader and joined the other members of the team. The tour leader is a young man. He took us to the boarding gate. After a while, I started issuing passports to all people, but six people didn't. I am also one of these six people. These six people are from Kunming, Guiyang and Hengyang. At first, the tour guide said that our passports were mailed from Chengdu and had arrived near the airport. Let's wait. We lined up and let the passengers behind us cut in front of us several times. Finally, the plane was about to take off, the cabin door was closed, and the passport was not delivered. The team leader hurriedly contacted the travel agency and rushed into the boarding gate to board the plane.

The travel agency sent someone to communicate with me by phone. That is a girl with a sweet voice. First she apologized, and then she said that she would come to the airport to discuss the solution. After a while, the phone came again, telling us that the traffic jam was too serious and asked the car to take us to the hotel to rest. We have no choice but to go to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, the girl on the phone came, a very rich lady. After confirming the identity of the other party, she explained the whole story: as the National Day military parade approached and the security of the capital was upgraded, I didn't know which station SF Express's package was sent to after it arrived in Beijing. Oh, my God, this would be such a low-level mistake! Usually you can find out where your courier is in your mobile phone, but today it is! Everyone is angry, but we all know that reason is needed at this time! The lady smiled and told us to eat first and then go back to the hotel to rest, saying that they had started the second plan. Let's wait first. Helpless, I had to wait. Four group members have been complaining that their passports have been lost and there is no way to make up the records of dozens of countries! Teacher Mo from Hengyang told me that her two passports (new and old) were given to the travel agency at the same time, and it would be too much trouble to lose them! Really, everyone is upset! It is almost six o'clock in the afternoon. We went out of the hotel, ate something outside and prepared to go home the next day. There is no other idea.

At 8 o'clock in the evening, the lady happily informed us that the passport was finally found. Let's go to the airport, prepare to fly to Vienna at 12 in the evening, and then take a bus to Budapest for more than 2 hours to meet the team leader. Finally, we haven't lost our passports and can fly. We are relieved, it feels so good!

After waiting at the airport for several hours, we got on the plane successfully. After more than nine hours' flight, we landed at Vienna airport. When we left the airport, we saw the car that came to pick us up. It was driven by a guy from the northeast of China. On the way to Budapest, we looked at the scenery outside the window and listened to him talk about his local experience, which made us forget the trouble of passport storm. Arrive in Budapest at noon 12 local time, meet the people who arrived earlier and check into the hotel.
