Hong Kong has always been a yellow code when it comes back.

The yellow code refers to those who have been to or lived in high-risk places in the past 2 1 day (including those who have been designated as compulsory inspection areas), those who have been in Hong Kong for less than 2 1 day (including those who have completed compulsory quarantine), and those who have been exempted from compulsory quarantine for less than 2 1 day after coming to Hong Kong (through "Easy Entry" from the Mainland or Macao)

Implement 14-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for people coming (returning) to Hong Kong. Those who come to (return to) Macao for deep entry must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days. For people going abroad (outside Hong Kong and Macao), 14 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of strict home health monitoring will be implemented.

Hong Kong Health Code, like Yuekang Code, will be set in three colors: red, yellow and green, representing three kinds of dangerous people. At present, Hong Kong-Hong Kong code has joined Guangdong-Hong Kong code or Macao-Hong Kong code system and data mutual recognition mechanism, and the standards of red code, yellow code and green code are similar. After Guangdong or Macau is exempted from entry inspection, only those who hold the green "Hong Kong Kong Kang Code" valid on that day and meet other specific conditions can apply for transcoding to "Guangdong Kang Code" or "Macau Kang Code".
