The Department of Management and Service has three majors: operation and management of high-star hotels, tourism service and management, and aged care. There is a college entrance examination class in the management of high-star hotels. The Ministry aims to cultivate technical and skilled talents in the elderly health service industry with strong health management core competence and intermediate service and management talents working in tourism enterprises and institutions, so as to realize the dream of traveling around the world.

The courses offered by high-star hotel management majors include introduction to tourism, service psychology, front office service and management, room service and management, catering service and management, conference service, entertainment service and management, service etiquette, communication skills, hotel professional English, hotel marketing and so on.
