The theme of this festival is "Li Qian Jialing Charming Hechuan", which is divided into three parts: Li Qian Jialing Charming Hechuan, Guyun Hechuan Endeavour Hechuan and Green Water Qingshan Leisure Hechuan. Seven theme activities involving cultural tourism, business and other aspects will be displayed to the public. The locations are mainly concentrated in Fishing Town Ancient Battlefield Site, Laitan Ancient Town, Wenfeng Street, Sanjiang Canyon and Duo Long Mountain Scenic Area.
