At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still severe and complicated. In order to keep the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control, and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people in the whole region, the measures for preventing and controlling the epidemic of banquets are hereby notified as follows:

First, banquet organizers and hotels should strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control.

1. Report voluntarily. Hosting a banquet in a hotel with more than 5 tables must apply to the local street and industry authorities for filing two days in advance, and can only be held after approval. Hotels should seriously formulate epidemic prevention and control plans.

2. The hotel hosting the banquet should inform the organizer in advance to implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning and nucleic acid testing, and comprehensively investigate the epidemic risk of staff and participants before the banquet. The hotel should keep a list of banquet participants. The hotel shall sign an epidemic prevention and control agreement with the organizer, and the banquet organizer shall ensure that the participants meet the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control.

3. The hotel arranges a deputy manager to be responsible for the prevention and control of the banquet epidemic, and is on duty throughout the banquet. Each hall of the banquet is equipped with a venue code for each hall, and all halls are scanned. Arrange a special person to check the place code of the people entering and leaving the banquet hall, check the health code and travel card, prove that the nucleic acid test is negative within 7 days, take the temperature regularly and wear a mask. At the same time, ensure that the distance between two adjacent tables is more than one meter after the guests are seated.

4. Those who are found to have a "red and yellow code", have not been inspected for 7 days, and have a history of living in an epidemic area are not allowed to enter and immediately carry out emergency treatment, register relevant personnel information, and immediately report to their communities. In principle, people outside the province shall not participate in gathering activities or enter public places within 3 days after returning to Shandong, and conduct nucleic acid testing in strict accordance with the regulations.

5. If a wedding banquet or other gathering activities are held in the village or community, it shall be reported to the local community neighborhood committee or village committee, which shall be responsible for the inspection and supervision of the prevention and control of the wedding banquet epidemic.

Two, the personnel attending the banquet should cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work.

Participants in the banquet should take the initiative to scan the place code, show the trip code, health code and nucleic acid detection records, cooperate with the staff to measure their body temperature, wear masks and do personal protection.

Three, the industry authorities and local streets should strengthen supervision.

1. Business and cultural tourism departments should strengthen the supervision of hotels and star-rated hotels in the whole region; The rest of the hotels, restaurants and other catering units are supervised by the streets.

2. If the on-site code is not posted for use, or the requirements for code scanning inspection are not implemented, there are problems such as unattended inspection, code scanning without scanning, bright code replacing code scanning, code scanning by one person in the same industry, and multi-person entry. Interview the person in charge of the hotel as the case may be, and give a yellow card warning or a red card to suspend business for rectification, which causes the spread of the epidemic or has a serious risk of spread, and will be dealt with severely according to the law and regulations.
