Harm of bathing with yellow water from water heater for a long time

The yellow water from the water heater is caused by too much scale attached to the inner container after long-term use. After heating at high temperature, the hot water churns constantly, dissolving part of the scale, and the yellow scale dissolves in the water, which makes the water in the tank turbid as a whole.

Cleaning method:

1. If there is a sewage outlet, open the sewage outlet and open the water inlet valve after the water in the lamp liner is exhausted.

2. After washing for one or two minutes, block the sewage outlet before entering the water. It is estimated that the sewage outlet will be opened for flushing half the time.

3. Repeat several times until the water is clear.

Generally speaking, it is more appropriate to carry out deep cleaning of water heaters once every two years. The magnesium rods of some electric water heaters will absorb scale and need to be replaced every two years. If users want to clean themselves, they must pay attention to the safety of electricity use, cut off the power supply first and then disassemble the water tank to avoid electric shock.
