1959 10, Anhui provincial people's government allocated 100000 yuan to build the state-owned Boxian Gu Jing winery. The first generation of Gu Jingren, represented by the old factory director Nie Guangrong, found a century-old cellar through the excavation and utilization under the simple conditions of only a dozen houses, a horse, a workshop, a pot and seven fermenters.

Subsequently, at the national wine tasting in 1979, 1984 and 1989, Gu once again won the gold medal list of famous wines in China, and became the "four-time champion" of China famous wine, which was praised by the world as peony in wine, and won the exclusive product honor of the Great Hall of the People in the first batch of alcoholic products and entered the state banquet.

During the period of 1989, in the face of market crisis, Gu Jing changed his mind to make a living. Through the famous "Huangshan Conference", he successively used such strategies as "price reduction", "debt management" and "value-preserving sales". This pioneering work made Gu Jing take the lead in getting out of the misunderstanding of famous wine sales in China, rushing out of the trough of the national liquor industry and realizing the evolution from planned economy to market economy. In the same year, Gu Jing ranked among the top 500 industrial enterprises in China for the first time.

1990, the company formally established the policy of "building a factory through science and technology, multi-angle development, compound management and comprehensive development", which kicked off the development of foreign investment.

1994, Gu Jing passed the product quality certification of Fiona Fang, China, and passed the ISO9002 quality system certification five years later. In the same year, the State Economic and Trade Commission issued a document to promote the "two effects" of ancient wells to enterprises across the country.

At the beginning of 1995, Gu Jing Group officially put into production and introduced CIS system. In 2005, Gu Jing Winery Co., Ltd. invested heavily in the construction of wheat deep processing project, further integrated the former Gu Jing Alcohol Branch, Bozhou Kaiweide Vegetable Oil Co., Ltd. and Gu Jing High Protein Feed Factory, and established Anhui Ruifuxiang Food Co., Ltd., and the 6.5438+0.5 million tons of wheat deep processing project was put into production.

The share-trading reform of joint-stock companies was successfully completed.

In 2007, with the strong support of Bozhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Qi Xin, Gu Jing Group, made concerted efforts to tide over the difficulties, achieved a double harvest of stability and development, and vigorously promoted the strategic plan of "comprehensively promoting and revitalizing Gu Jing". The company and China Food Industry Association jointly established the Research Institute of Elegant Liquor, and the elegant liquor Gujing Distillery 946/846 was successfully listed, which became the "latest weapon" for Anhui liquor industry to enter the domestic high-end liquor market.

In 2008, Gu Jing Liquor Culture Expo Park passed 4A certification of National Tourism Administration and became the first 4A scenic spot in China liquor industry.
