Brief introduction of Qingdao Badaguan

Qingdao Badaguan is located around the vault of Huiquan Cave in Taiping Corner, Qingdao, Shandong Province. Zhanshan Mountain and Taiping Mountain lie in the north, covering an area of 6.5438+0.5 million square meters. Badaguan Scenic Area, located in the east of Huiquan, Taipingjiao, Qingdao, Shandong Province, is a famous scenic spot in China.

There are many villas with international style in Badaguan, which focus on the architectural styles of more than 20 countries, including Russia, Britain, France, Germany, the United States, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Switzerland and Japan. Therefore, it is also called the World Architecture Expo. The modern architecture of Qingdao Badaguan was formed, and it was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit on June 25th, 200 1.

Badaguan Villa was once owned by some famous figures, such as the military and political minister in the late Qing Dynasty, the foreign minister of Beiyang government, Wang, the first member of the International Olympic Committee in China, the mayor of Qingdao, the chairman of Shandong provincial government, the chairman of Zhejiang provincial government and Wu Yunchao, a former professor in Peking University.

Zhou Zhongqi, a former professor of Shandong University, Zhijun Zhou, a national industrialist, Homek, a Russian navigation expert, Biluha, a German architect, etc. This villa was designed by Tan, a famous musician who was born in Qingdao.

In the 1940s, Chiang Kai-shek, Song Ziwen, Kong Xiangxi and others lived in Badaguan Villa, and Kirk, commander of the US Seventh Fleet, and Baijil, commander of the Western Pacific Fleet, also lived here.

After the founding of New China, Badaguan Villa became an important place to receive party and state leaders and foreign heads of state. President Mao Zedong also visited the Badaguan Pass and swam in the sea here.

Shanhaiguan Road 17 is called "Yuan Shuai Building" because there are six marshals including Peng, Liu Bocheng, He Long, Luo Ronghuan, Xu and Ye Jianying.
