You can't. The fifth floor of the hotel needs to be decorated with five floors of fire protection. Each floor needs at least two safety exits and two evacuation stairs, equipped with indoor fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, evacuation signs and closed stairwells. If the hotel covers an area of more than 1500 square meters or a total area of more than 3000 square meters, an alarm and spray system should be set up.
