1. Location selection: Household direct drinking water equipment is generally installed in the kitchen, living room, and drinking points where water is easily accessible.

The selection of the installation location shall be based on the original water pipe, and also consider whether it is convenient to drink water, whether it is convenient to discharge sewage, whether it is convenient to use electricity, whether it is convenient to maintain, whether it is frozen and cracked in cold weather, and whether it is coordinated and beautiful with the overall space. , but also keep out of reach of children.

2. Selection of accessories: Generally, terminal tap water pipes are 6-cent or 4-cent plastic pipes or metal pipes, while direct drinking water equipment generally uses 4-cent or 2-cent pipes. 1-inch pipe, 6-point pipe, and 4-point pipe are universal pipe fittings. There are also interchangeable joints and ball valves, which can be purchased at building materials or hardware stores. 2-point pipe is a non-standard pipe fitting. 3. Preparation of installation tools: To install direct drinking water equipment, it is generally necessary to drill holes with an impact drill (a drill bit of 6 points or 8 points) or to open a hole (select a hole opener of φ11-16mm) in order to connect the direct drinking water equipment. Drinking machines or faucets are fixed; raw tape can prevent joints from leaking; special glue facilitates the connection of plastic joints; Phillips screwdrivers, slotted screwdrivers, electric pens, wrenches, scissors, knives, pipe wrenches and other tools are commonly used installation tools.

4. Installation process specifications:

(1) Drill holes or fix direct drinking water equipment at the selected location. The holes should be round and smooth, with accurate depth and hole spacing, and there should be no cracks, chips, or burrs around the holes.

(2) Connect to the water pipe. First close the main tap water valve and connect the direct drinking water equipment. The interface should be wrapped with raw tape to prevent water leakage.

(3) Connect the concentrated water discharge port. The pure water machine can directly put the sewage pipe into the sewage pipe, and leave a certain space at the port to prevent sewage from flowing back into the direct drinking water equipment and prevent the "siphon" phenomenon from the sewage outlet; if the sewage pipe of the direct drinking water equipment is directly put into the sewage pipe, A ball valve should be installed at the end of the sewage pipe, which can be opened from time to time to discharge sewage; the sewage pipe can also be directly connected to the original tap. The sewage pipe and the sewage outlet of the direct drinking water equipment must be connected properly to prevent water leakage.

(4) Connect the purified water outlet and the purified water faucet. If the flow is greater than 500 liters, you can directly use a 4-point pipe and a universal faucet; if the flow is less than 500 liters, you can choose to use a 4-to-2 connector to connect to the purified water outlet, and connect to the 2-point faucet through a 2-point white PE pipe. When connecting 2 branches of pipe, first cut the pipe end flat, then put on the nut, then insert the pipe plug into the PE pipe, insert it tightly, insert the PE pipe about 1CM beyond the nut into the joint and tighten it.

(5) Install the faucet: If you want to install the faucet on the sink, you can use a hole opener to open the stainless steel sink. If you want to fix the faucet on the wall, you can use a right-angle faucet hanging piece to fix the faucet on the wall. wall. The joint connection method is the same as (4), and the fixed part must be tightened without any shaking.

(6). Open the main water inlet ball valve and debug the water purifier (see Maintenance and Maintenance for debugging steps). Observe whether the joints are leaking. The observation period should be at least 2 hours. Put a clean dry towel under it and check if there is any water leakage.

5. Connection specifications for direct drinking water equipment and water dispensers:

After installing and fixing the water purifier, connect the purified water outlet to the relevant pipeline, and connect the other end of the pipeline directly to the small water purifier. Connect the water inlet port of the upper cover. The connection method is the same as (4). Then screw the liquid level control float in the small connector to the center position, cover the upper cover of the small connector, and place the small connector directly and steadily on the water dispenser. If you need to connect more drinking water points, just connect a tee to the connecting pipeline.

6. After the installation of direct drinking water equipment is completed, return visits at any time. Within 7 days, on-site maintenance inspections are required to guide customers on maintenance methods.
