Where does sweet rice wine come from?

It is made by mixing rice with liqueur medicine (or distiller's yeast) and keeping the temperature for a certain time. Among them, a microorganism called Rhizopus plays a major role. Rhizopus can decompose starch into glucose, which can be used to brew sweet wine. Rhizopus can grow and saccharify starch by using various grain raw materials, so whether it is cooked with rice or cooked with rice, it is a good raw material for brewing sweet rice wine. Generally, at 30℃ for about 48 hours, Rhizopus can flourish, hyphae cover rice grains, which are saccharified by enzymes secreted by hyphae, and the rice grains become soft and sweet, which is sweet rice wine.
