According to the Provincial Health and Medical Commission’s announcement on December 5, from 0:00 to 24:00 on December 4, the number of new confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia in our city was mild. 1 case, and 24 new cases of asymptomatic infections.

Confirmed case 1: A person coming from Huaihe from outside the province under closed-loop connection management and found in home isolation in Hongze District. Before the quarantine, there was no trace of social activities in our city.

Asymptomatic infected person 1: A foreigner from Huaihe Province, found at the centralized isolation point in Qingjiangpu District. Key places and points involved before the quarantine: Qingjiangpu District Tianhong Hotel, Meige Erlei Style, Xiaozhaochuan Jiangyu Village, Guangji Pharmacy, Huaiyin Bike 4S Store.

Asymptomatic infected person 2: Found among the people in Qingjiangpu District who are willing to do all the tests. Key places and points involved before the quarantine: Yunhejiayuan Community in Qingjiangpu District, Beijing Xincun District 1, Xiaomei Nail Shop, and Qianqian Road Food Market.

Asymptomatic infected person 3: A foreigner from Huainan province, found during the "landing inspection" in Huai'an District. Key places and points involved before the quarantine: Zhongtong Express in Huai'an District.

Asymptomatic infected person 4: A foreigner from Huainan Province, found among people in Huai'an District who were willing to undergo all tests. Key places and points involved before the quarantine: Huaian District Qitian Premium Hotel, Huigou Boutique Lifestyle Supermarket, KFC, and Yanghe Blue Classic Huakang Department Store.

Asymptomatic infected person 5: They are people from outside the province who are being investigated and tested by the Huai'an Association, and are under isolation and control in Huai'an District. Asymptomatic infected person 22: A foreigner from Huaihe Province, found at the centralized isolation point in Jinhu County. Key places and points involved before the quarantine: Group 6 of Luhe Village, Taji Town, Jinhu County.

Asymptomatic infected person 23: a person from Huaihe province who was discovered in home isolation in Jinhu County.

The above confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been transferred to the city’s designated hospitals for isolation treatment. Relevant places and relevant personnel currently investigated have implemented control measures.
