What do hotel waiters do?

Responsibilities:

1. Arrive on time and accept tasks assigned by the foreman.

2. Do a good job in sanitation and cleaning of the environment, items, equipment, and tableware in the area under your jurisdiction.

3. Make all preparations before the meal, and replenish various items as required in a timely manner.

4. According to the standards and requirements, set up the table, arrange the restaurant, and understand the reservation and food and beverage information.

5. Carry out all aspects carefully and thoughtfully in accordance with the service standards and procedures stipulated by the restaurant

(welcoming guests, ordering dishes, patrolling the table, starting dishes, paying orders, seeing off guests, etc.) customer service work.
