The surrounding area of Wuda is considered as the prime location of Wuchang, and there is no such cheap hotel. There are hotels in Wuhan University, such as Pearl Garden and Luojia Villa, around 180. The cheapest is the staff home of the Department of Internal Engineering on campus, the single room 60 yuan. Barbershops around 20 yuan are generally available, and barbershops on campus are very cheap, 8- 10 yuan.
