Notices on matters related to service work are as follows:

1. Strictly implement health management of key personnel

The following health management measures will be implemented for those who have come to and returned to Thailand from Fuzhou City since October 17:

1. For those returning to Thailand with a history of residence in Jin'an District, Minqing County, and Gulou District of Fuzhou City, the management measures of "three days of centralized isolation and medical observation and four days of home isolation and medical observation" will be implemented.

2. Implement “7-day home health monitoring” management measures for those who have a history of living in Taijiang District, Cangshan District, and Mawei District of Fuzhou City.

3. For those who come to Thailand and return to Thailand with a history of living in Fuzhou City, implement the management measures of "3 days of home health monitoring and 4 days of daily health monitoring".

2. Consciously and proactively report truthfully

Persons from the above areas who come to Thailand and return to Thailand must report to their unit, town or hotel where they are staying as soon as possible, or use the "Wenzhou Epidemic Prevention Code" Declare independently; after arriving in Thailand, actively cooperate with the implementation of corresponding health management measures. Those who come to Thailand and return to Thailand without prior declaration must bear the expenses incurred during the quarantine period. If any concealment or failure to report results in serious consequences, we will be held accountable in accordance with the law and regulations.

3. Strengthen the investigation of key personnel

Townships, communities, grids, hotels and other places must truthfully register the information of outsiders, and proactively investigate people coming to and returning from key areas such as Fuzhou. Relevant personnel are found to report promptly to the local township.

4. Actively vaccinate

Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most economical and effective measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen.
