Does Disney Hotel include tickets?

The room rate does not include tickets for Shanghai Disneyland. If you need to visit the park, the cast members of the hotel will provide assistance for hotel guests to purchase tickets or register valid tickets to help them enter the park smoothly.

Guests staying at Disney theme hotel can enjoy the early enjoyment of the park, and can enter the park at most 1 hour before the opening time announced by the park, and enter from the Disney Town Passage in advance. Guests staying in the hotel can take the Shanghai Disney Resort shuttle bus to Disney Town at the designated time every morning, and have priority to enter Shanghai Disneyland through the town passage with the valid voucher card issued by the hotel, the park tickets of the day, the original valid ID card or travel document and the reservation code of Shanghai Disneyland.

Guests staying at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel can buy tickets for the next day in the concierge department of the hotel, and then they can choose a designated scenic spot for the next day's priority experience in the hotel.

Check-in at Disney Hotel:

The check-in procedure at the front desk of the hotel needs to be handled by a person with a predetermined name. All guests (including children) and visitors staying in the hotel need to register valid personal identification documents during their stay. The check-in time of the hotel is 15:00, and the check-out time is 1 1:00. The room rate will be calculated according to the number of your guests 12 years old or above. Each room must have at least one adult guest.
