1, hotel product knowledge assessment (10 score).

2. Examination of bed-making operation (10).

3. Hygienic quality of clean room (15).

4. Customer service quality (15).

Evaluation scheme:

1, the person with the first total score for three consecutive months was selected as an excellent waiter.

2. Employee rating includes work system score, work skill evaluation score and assessment score of direct supervisor and manager.
