In order to expand the scale of the clinic and relieve the pain of more patients, 1992, Ren Jianguo traveled around, raised funds from various sources, invested 400,000 yuan to build a 466-square-meter building, set up the first massage rehabilitation center of Bayannaoer Disabled Persons' Federation, invested more than 50,000 yuan to purchase medical equipment such as multifunctional lumbar vertebra therapeutic apparatus and cervical vertebra therapeutic apparatus, and successively recruited 14 disabled people as apprentices.

With the continuous development of business and economic strength, in 2002, Ren Jianguo invested in the development, circulation and deep processing of agricultural and sideline products. Ren Jianguo deeply processed bitter vegetables and Allium mongolicum Regel, which people didn't eat in the past, and sent them to the table of ordinary people. The products sell well in Inner Mongolia and surrounding areas, and more than 600 laid-off workers and unemployed youth have been placed, which has alleviated the employment pressure for the government.
