Brief introduction of Xuhui nineteen city-states

Xuhui 19 city-states are located in Dongfang University Town, Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone, 40km west of the capital Beijing and 60km east of Tianjin, and are in the center of the "Greater Beijing" region. The property covers an area of about 230,000 square meters and will be developed in three phases. The first phase includes 47 townhouses, all of which have been sold out. At present, it is an upgraded second-phase villa group. The second phase of the project consists of 40 buildings (206 sets), 4 buildings (8 sets) and supporting facilities such as kindergartens and clubs. The townhouses cover an area of 245-400 square meters, and there are six types of townhouses. Single-family villas cover an area of 3 16-402 square meters, and there are two types of apartments.
