6. Finally, heat the oil to 80% heat, add the fried crispy meat, fry it again, and it will take about 30 seconds to cook.
Precautions:
1. You can't fry crispy meat with flour, because crispy meat fried with flour is harder and softer. It is best to use sweet potato starch or potato starch, which will not make the crispy meat soft, more crisp and more fragrant.
2. The fried crispy meat needs to be re-fried, which can make the crispy meat more golden in color and crisp to eat. When frying crispy meat, we must grasp the oil temperature, and it is best to fry it with medium fire, without frying it.
3. When frying crispy meat, adding appropriate amount of pepper powder and kaempferol powder can add flavor and smell to crispy meat. If these two kinds of spice powders are not available, thirteen kinds of spices can be used instead.
