Do hot springs in Changtan Town, Wanzhou District still exist?
Exists. Changtan Town Hot Spring in Wanzhou District is located on the south bank of the lower reaches of Modao Creek in Shatanzi Village, Changtan Town. It is also known as Changtan Hot Spring. Preliminary tests have found that the hot spring water temperature remains at about 51.5°C, with a daily water volume of more than 2,000 tons. The water is rich in hydrogen sulfide, Boric acid, strontium, fluorine and other minerals. According to relevant information, the hot spring is still in operation as of August 22, 2022.
