Twelve constellations themed hotel

Southern Arizona State University ルナ Observatory ベルジュのヒリェ (Southern Arizona State University Moon Observatory/Forest Studio Hotel), an observatory with the theme of stargazing. The hotel includes western-style dinner and breakfast, and you can also enjoy hot springs. There are two hot spring pools in the hotel, both of which are private, so you need to make an appointment with the front desk before or when you check in. The time after the appointment is your exclusive enjoyment. There are not many rooms in the hotel, even if they are full, they will not feel very noisy, and they have always maintained a mountain-like silence. Because there are grasslands, stars and mountains here, many local Sundays will choose to spend their holidays on weekends and take their children to get in touch with the stars and nature.

Accommodation introduction

Before entering the hotel, you need to cross a very poetic forest path to see a large grassland in front of the hotel. It was 165438+ October. Although the maple leaves are not all red, the semi-red maple leaves are still very eye-catching, and the whole path is very quiet and comfortable.

No matter which angle you look at, a large meadow in front of the hotel is a beautiful scenery. This vast grassland is a good choice for taking wedding photos or holding weddings and parties here. I also saw hotels promoting these packages.

The appearance of the hotel, the dome in the middle is the most famous star-watching platform in this hotel.

Practice taking pictures here. There is a lot of material to shoot. It is really beautiful everywhere.

The beauty of the grassland outside is fascinating. It took me a long time to walk to the door of the hotel. Both doors are heavy wooden doors, and the door handles are also gold, copper and metal door handles. It is difficult for me to open this door.

After entering the hotel, the whole hotel adopts log structure and log floor decoration. There is a place to change shoes when you enter the door. You can change the slippers provided by the hotel when you go in. The hotel also has a shoe cabinet to provide guests with their own shoes. Heating is provided in winter, which is warm and super comfortable ~

On the right side of the entrance is the road leading to the stargazing platform, and there is a small library.

This is the library. There are many books about astronomy in it. You can also read quietly here.

This is a room in a public area. You can chat and write something here at ordinary times. If there are many people or groups, you can eat here.

This is the staircase leading to the second floor, which is very retro and foreign.

A chat and rest space in a public area is really like being in a noble's home.

The knickknacks in the hotel are very intimate. A feeling of old Japanese style and western style ~ ~

In the corner of the front desk, the surrounding details are very rich ~

The first course of dinner is thick meat, sweet scallop sashimi, tuna pie, duck breast and foie gras.

Steamed tea bowl, very slippery water eggs, with seafood and ginkgo inside.

Main course: cowboy meat, other soups and salads, and other snacks. I forgot to film them because I was so hungry, haha.

We also opened a bottle of sparkling wine!

And dessert tiramisu, which is very loving.

This is breakfast, along with coffee, milk and juice. Japanese milk is really thick and delicious. In particular, the photo frame and photos on the table are a small surprise for the hotel, that is, the photos taken by the hotel waiter while eating. The next morning, you will see that the developed photos on each table are placed in a wooden photo frame, which is a gift for the passengers to take away!

This is the big telescope of the stargazing platform, which is very professional. But when I looked at Polaris with this big telescope, I felt I saw an led light, haha ~ But it was really hard to forget standing on the stargazing platform that night. I never knew there were so many stars in the sky. The so-called twelve constellations in the sky can be seen clearly, how spectacular. (This picture comes from the booking website, because it was too dark to take pictures when I went to watch the stars that night, so I borrowed the online picture. )

Skills of love

The hotel's hot springs and star-watching platforms need to be booked at the front desk when you check in. There are two stargazing sessions every night, each about 1 hour. Remember to wear a thick coat if you go in winter, because the hotel is in the mountains, it's cold!
