How to get to the Forbidden City from Huayang Xinxing Hotel in Beijing?

Bus route: No.82, the whole journey is about 6.4 kilometers.

1. Walk about 220 meters from Huayang Xinxing Hotel and arrive at Gulou Waidajie South Station.

2. Take bus No.82, pass 9 stops and arrive at Donghuamen Station.

Walk about 580 meters to the Palace Museum.

Driving route: the whole journey is about 5.4 kilometers.

Starting point: Huayang Xinxing Hotel

1. Start east from the starting point, drive along Qingnian Lake South Street for 400 meters, and turn right ahead.

2. Drive 10 meter and go straight into Qingnian Lake South Street.

3. Drive along Qingnian Lake South Street for 230m and turn left into Ande Road.

4. Drive along Ande Road for 600 meters, cross Tian Hong Baojing Building on the left, and turn right into the auxiliary road of Andingmenwai Street.

5. Drive 30 meters along the auxiliary road of Andingmenwai Street, pass KFC (Andingmen Restaurant) on the right for about 80 meters, then turn right ahead and enter Andingmenwai Street.

6. Drive along Andingmenwai Street for 90 meters, drive in the direction of Andingmennei Street/intersection, and go straight into Andingmennei Street.

7. Drive along Andingmennei Street 140m, turn right slightly and enter Andingmennei Street.

8. Drive along Andingmennei Street for 560 meters, pass the right parity department store for about 300 meters, and go straight into Jiaodaokou South Street.
