Guidelines for traveling to Puerto Rico: How to save the most money when traveling to Puerto Rico

Many people are traveling there now. It is not very developed there, and generally speaking, consumption is not particularly expensive. But if you pursue a quality life, buy all kinds of things, eat all kinds of food, and stay in hotels, it is not a small expense. Of course, it also depends on how long you play there. At that time, I went on the Road to Purify the Heart and visited many places in Cambodia. The most impressive one was Angkor Wat.

I went to Cambodia in April this year. Cambodia’s travel transportation and accommodation are not expensive. The price of food is similar to that of first-tier cities in China, and much higher than that of Thailand. I traveled the entire journey independently. Let me tell you the approximate cost:

Visa, signed by Taobao, 260 yuan. When booking a hotel in Siem Reap, a typical private hotel costs 200-300, with standard rooms, air conditioning and rain protection. Some hotels at this price even have swimming pools. To travel, you basically rely on a three-wheeled motorcycle, also known as a tuk-tuk, which usually costs 15-20 US dollars a day. If you go to a far place, it will cost 40-50 US dollars. Eating at high-end restaurants costs US$16-20 per person. For street stalls, dining in tourist pedestrian streets or tourist areas is more expensive, with a set meal costing US$6-8 and drinks US$1-2. I have been to a night market where Cambodian locals eat. Two people spent 5 dollars and ate a lot of roasted chicken and roasted quail, which was quite cheap. Tickets for the Angkor Wat complex are $20 for a one-day pass, $40 for a three-day pass, and $60 for a seven-day pass. I heard that the price has increased again recently. Other attractions that charge separate fees, such as Beng Melie, Litchi Mountain, and Tonle Sap Lake, all cost 20 dollars.

When I was traveling, I also met travelers who came from Guangzhou on a self-guided tour with air tickets and hotels, and asked about their group price, which was only a little over 2,000.

In total, the per capita cost of food, accommodation and transportation for one day is 400-500. Finally, I would like to remind you that when you go to Cambodia, never exchange the local currency Riel, US dollars are more useful
