Where is Hainan Haihua Island?

Hainan Haihua Island is the fourth group of Danzhou Binhai New Area.

Haihua Island, located in Yangpu Bay area between Paipu Port and Yangpu Port in the west of Hainan, starts from Paipu Town in the south and reaches Baimajing Town in the north, about 600 meters away from the coast, with a total span of about 6.8 kilometers.

Haihua Island is an artificial island, which consists of three independent offshore islands. The leading functions of No.1 Island are tourism and holiday, business exhibition, hotel meeting, entertainment and leisure, catering and marine sports and leisure. It is a large-scale international comprehensive tourism service area, and the leading functions of No.2 Island and No.3 Island are residential areas.

Development and evolution:

In 2009, Haihua Island began to investigate and plan for approval to build a world-famous cultural tourism destination. The construction process has gone through three stages: survey planning approval, land reclamation, bidding, auction and listing, and comprehensive construction.

From 2009 to 20 13, Haihua Island survey and planning was submitted for approval. Evergrande began to plan and design Haihua Island after extensively investigating world-famous reclamation tourism projects such as Dubai Palm Island. The project was submitted for approval in strict accordance with the requirements of national and Hainan laws and regulations, and various approvals were obtained according to law.

From 20 13 to 20 15, Haihua Island is in the stage of reclamation, bidding, auction and hanging.

20 13 according to the requirements of the opinions of the state oceanic administration on strengthening the management of sea use for regional construction and the implementation measures of Hainan province, the sea area use certificate was completed and reclamation began.

On 20 15, Danzhou municipal government incorporated the project into the overall urban planning, and prepared the regulatory detailed planning according to legal procedures. In the same year, according to the overall planning of Danzhou City, Evergrande obtained the land use right through bidding, auction and hanging, and started construction.

In 2020, the main projects of the 28 major formats of Haihua Island will be completed one after another.
