Terms and Conditions of Vienna Hotel (Shenzhen Feng Chun Road)

Step 1: After choosing a suitable Vienna hotel, make a reservation by telephone, online ordering or fax, and report the guest's name, room type and check-in date.

Step 2: We will confirm your reservation information within one hour after receiving it.

Step 3: After receiving our confirmation, guests only need to give their names at the front desk of the hotel.

Step 4: When you check in, you need to bring an adult ID card to check in, and you need to pay a certain deposit. 1. The check-in time of Vienna Hotel is 06: 00 in the morning and the check-out time is 14: 00 in the afternoon.

From 06: 00 a.m. to the next morning 14: 00 a.m., the room rate is calculated as one day. In case of early check-in or late check-out, a certain fee will be charged according to the situation.

2. Generally, the hotel will charge a certain deposit to the guests at the time of check-in, as a deposit for some of your consumption or damaged (lost) hotel items in the hotel. When you check out, you will be refunded after clearing the fee with the deposit slip. The amount of deposit depends on the regulations of each hotel.

3. Hotel rooms are generally booked until 6 pm on the day of booking, and may be booked until 5 pm on holidays;

If the guest is late for other reasons, please call directly to book the room after the reservation is successful. Credit card guarantee or advance payment is needed in special periods such as exhibitions.

5. For hotels that need credit card guarantee, the requirements for canceling reservations are different. If the cancellation is made within the valid working days required by the hotel, it is ok. Otherwise, you will not be able to cancel your reservation. If you fail to check in, the corresponding room rate will be deducted from your credit card.

7. The room rate includes the hotel service fee, excluding other hotel fees, taxes and extra requirements of the guests.
