1. Bring your ID card to the local industrial and commercial bureau for name pre-approval and registration;

2. Go to the Public Security Bureau to apply for a special trade business license;

3. Submit the real estate license and house lease contract, and go to the Health Bureau to handle the hygiene license in public places;

4. Go to the fire brigade to apply for a fire permit with the name approval notice;

5. Go through the EIA procedures at the Environmental Protection Bureau;

6. Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to apply for a business license with the above procedures, and submit the real estate license, house lease contract and capital verification report;

7. Go to the tax bureau for tax registration.
