If you are a doctoral student In terms of accommodation, it is basically the same as Pinyuan and Jingyuan.

In Pinyuan, there is a room for two people and there is no independent bathroom or washroom.

As for Jingyuan, suites are generally for 4 to 5 people. The entire suite has a bathroom and a washroom. Some rooms have electric water heaters (such as Ou's), but this is the only benefit. The overall condition of Jingyuan is not as good as Pinyuan and Yiyuan.

The reason why I did not introduce Yiyuan is because most of the residents in Yiyuan are 2008-level doctoral students. And most of them do not have electric water heaters and have a power limit of 400 watts, so high-power electrical appliances cannot be used (except for the first floor of Yiyuan).
