Fire hydrant inspection standard

Inspection standards of fire hydrants include appearance, installation, water source, valve and water flow. The specific inspection standards are as follows:

1. Check the appearance: check whether the outside of the fire hydrant is damaged, blocked by foreign objects, damaged, etc. Make sure the fire hydrant is intact.

2. Inspection and installation: Check whether the fire hydrant is installed correctly, loose and corroded.

3. Check the water source: check whether the water source of the fire hydrant is normal, whether there is pipeline blockage and whether the water pressure is insufficient.

4. Check the valve: Check whether the valve of the fire hydrant can be opened normally and whether it is damaged. Use a fire hydrant wrench to check whether the opening and closing operation of the fire hydrant cover and valve stem is flexible.

5. Check the water flow: Check whether the water flow of the fire hydrant is normal, abnormal and leaking.

Seven standards for fire extinguisher inspection:

1, check the internal pressure of the fire extinguisher, and remove it only after confirming that there is no pressure inside the fire extinguisher.

2. Discard the fire extinguisher that is confirmed to be scrapped. Carry out hydrostatic test on the fire extinguisher cylinder, head, pressure gauge and injection hose assembly of the cart fire extinguisher that is confirmed not to be scrapped, and use it only after it is qualified.

3. Clean the cylinder. Foam extinguisher, dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers and clean gas fire extinguishers can only be used after the cylinders are dried.

4, check the fire extinguisher accessories, replace seals and damaged parts.

5. According to the corresponding fire extinguisher detection standards and nameplate regulations, add fire extinguishing agent and driving gas, and conduct tightness test one by one.

6, after the maintenance of fire extinguishers maintenance factory inspection, inspection qualified by the maintenance certificate.

7. Inspection method of carbon dioxide fire extinguishers: Check the configuration and appearance of fire extinguishers once a month according to 5.2. 1 Code for Acceptance and Inspection of Fire Extinguishers in Buildings.
