Can husband and wife be in the same room?

Legal analysis: no cohabitation.

The purpose of isolation is to prevent virus cross-infection, and isolation is carried out on the premise that it is impossible to confirm whether the quarantined person is sick. In other words, it is possible that one spouse is infected with the virus and the other spouse is healthy. In this case, if they live in the same room, the other person will inevitably be infected.
