The Dream Peach Blossom Island project covers an area of 1.300 mu with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, including four functional areas: water park, land park, theme hotel and tourist service center. Among them, the water park is the first water theme park built on the island in the middle of the lake in China. In addition to the world's tallest tornado slide, the largest peak speed slide in China and the most exciting tsunami surfing hurricane wall in South China, the park also has various brand-new water amusement facilities such as speakers, giant animal bowls, water roller coasters and interactive water castles. After the project is completed, OCT brand will be the main brand, and it will be built into a world-class comprehensive theme park.

It is reported that OCT Group's previous investments were mainly concentrated in first-tier cities and never considered third-tier cities.
