Remarks: My hometown is Yangling.

More than 20 years ago, when I was a confused little girl, I never dreamed that my colleagues would regard my hometown Yangling as a good place for spring outing today.

My hometown Xi 'an is full of laughter and laughter from my colleagues and me, and I was sent to Xibao Expressway. I was in a mood of ups and downs, and it was difficult to calm down. Memories of childhood are intertwined with the shadows of hometown, and scenes emerge in my mind. The little girl carrying a military green schoolbag goes to Zhangjiagang Primary School through the green wheat field. She secretly grabbed a pea pods, twisted it into her mouth and chewed out a fragrance. After dinner, the girl with the history book ran to the old acacia tree outside the wall to recite, but her eyes were lost in thought in the brick factory not far away, watching how the brick-making machine cut the soil into bricks, piled them neatly, dried them, and sent them to the kiln for firing by workers. The girl carrying a military kettle, sitting on her father's flying pigeon bike, just came back from Weihe Beach, blushing and holding a white reed in her arms. Yangling, a place where I grew up for more than ten years, used to be so familiar and ordinary, but now it is changing with each passing day and has become a tourist attraction to enjoy with my friends. How can my heart not be filled with emotion!

Yangling, formerly known as Yangling, was named after the mausoleum of Emperor Yangdi Yang Guang. According to legend, this place is the place where Hou Ji parishioners cultivate crops, so it has a history of thousands of years with agriculture.

More than 4,000 years ago, Hou Ji, the ancestor of Chinese agriculture, "taught the people to farm and grow crops" here, which initiated the farming civilization in China. 1934, Mr. Yu Youren and General Yang Hucheng initiated the establishment of the earliest agricultural institution of higher learning in northwest China-"National Northwest Agriculture and Forestry College" (referred to as Xinong), which is the predecessor of today's Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University.

1July, 1997, with the approval of the State Council, Yangling became the only national agricultural high-tech industrial demonstration zone in China. There are ten agricultural universities and research institutes here, but in a tiny area of less than 4 square kilometers, there are nearly 5,000 scientific and educational talents in 70 disciplines of agriculture, forestry and water, which is really a real agricultural city.

Looking back more than 20 years ago, Yangling was just an ordinary northwest town, surrounded by farmland. The experimental field of the school is intertwined with the farmland of fellow villagers. During the summer harvest, we were still students, and we often went to the experimental field to pick wheat ears with the teachers in the attached middle school. Experimental field is an excellent variety cultivated by teachers of agricultural department. In order to collect more seeds, the school organized us to pick wheat ears. At this time, nearby villagers (often old ladies) will also come to the experimental field to pick ears of wheat in order to have an extra bite. The teacher came to stop it, and repeatedly persuaded him not to listen, so he had to forcibly take the ears of wheat from the old lady's basket. There have been two conflicts for this. The villagers broke a teacher's head and shed a lot of blood, which scared the girls to cry.

I grew up in western agriculture. In the 1980s of planned economy, I also realized many benefits of being at home in agricultural colleges. First of all, the school orchard is not for export. In the hut at the south gate, you can often queue up to buy cheap apples and peaches. What impressed me most was selling tomatoes in summer. The red and big persimmon has been cut in half, and all the seeds in it have been taken away as seeds, and the remaining pulp is only sold for one or two cents a catty. Every family lined up to buy a lot. After buying them, my mother will chop them up, put them in salt water bottles, cover them, put a needle on them, steam them in a cage with high fire, and put them neatly under the bed after cooling. When there are no tomatoes in winter, it is very rare to take them out for cooking. I don't know how many years I have eaten this homemade canned tomato. It was not until vegetables in greenhouses became popular that my family was too lazy to make this canned tomato.

My father is a foreign language teacher, but he likes planting. He is surrounded by many uncles and aunts in the department of horticulture and vegetables, who often give us some excellent vegetable seeds. At that time, we lived in a bungalow in the First Hospital of Xinxi, and each family had a large vegetable field. We planted cucumbers, eggplants, tomatoes, small vegetables and green beans. Vegetables were in short supply all summer, which made me a peasant girl. I remember one year, green beans were very good, one crop after another until it snowed. On the one hand, it is because my father takes good care of me, and on the other hand, it is probably because of the variety of vegetables. This is really the advantage of getting the moon first!

I still remember one year, Uncle He Puchao (later known as the master of grapes, but unfortunately died last May) gave my mother a Kyoho grape. At that time, our family had moved into the building and planted it in a big flowerpot on the balcony. Uncle He comes to help us prune the grape branches every winter. He said that the yield of grapes mainly depends on pruning. I didn't believe it at that time. I thought it would be nice to have a few bunches of grapes in such a small flowerpot! Three years later, the grapes in that flowerpot actually grew by more than 30 kilograms, and our whole family couldn't finish eating them, so we gave them to our neighbors. Only then did I believe Uncle He's magic scissors, and my heart suddenly gave birth to some admiration.

My hometown is very lonely.

18 years old, she left home to go to college in the south. When she comes home every holiday, she will find Yangling changing quietly. Like me, she seems to be moving from green to mature unconsciously. Four years later, after graduation, I returned to Xi 'an to work, get married and have children, and the frequency of going home gradually decreased, especially after 1997, Yangling changed by leaps and bounds, which often surprised me. Water sports center and international convention and exhibition center have been built one after another, and soilless culture center and cloned sheep base have also been established one after another. Every time I go home, Yangling will give me new surprises. She will become more and more beautiful and fashionable. Needless to say, Yangling's dip in water is blooming everywhere in Xi 'an, and the annual agricultural high school meeting attracts many friends at home and abroad. No wonder my parents are always reluctant to leave there after retirement. They want to settle down in Xi for a few days before going back.

"Look, what a tall statue!" The cheerful cries of my colleagues brought my thoughts back to reality. Along Xibao Expressway, it only takes 1 hour from Xi 'an to Yangling, which is very convenient and fast. As soon as you arrive at the Yangling exit, you can see the tall bronze statue of Hou Ji on the teaching platform, which shines in the sun and becomes the landmark building of Yangling.

Yangling, my hometown, I believe your tomorrow will be better! I am also proud and proud that I am your daughter!

Hope to adopt
