Do all hotels in Xinmatai provide electric kettles?

There must be no electric kettle, because Europeans are not used to drinking boiled water. Even in winter, they drink cold water. Hair dryers are available in relatively high-end star-rated hotels, but generally not in three-star and below hotels. When I was in Europe, if I needed hot water, I always went to the bar on the first floor of the hotel to get it from the coffee machine.
