What if the hotel doesn't pay?

I work in a hotel, and the hotel doesn't pay me. Laborers may report and complain to the labor administrative department, or apply to the labor arbitration committee for arbitration. Anyone who refuses to accept the arbitration award may bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
