Detection part: water tank reed switch, electromagnetic valve, contact between upper cover and mounting strip, transformer, computer board and ceramic inner water pipe.

Troubleshooting: First, check whether there is water overflowing from the nozzle. If there is, check whether the reed switch is connected. If there is no water overflow, check whether the water pressure in the customer's house is greater than 0.4mpa. If so, use a multimeter to check whether there is a DC voltage of 12V at both ends of the solenoid valve. If not, test whether the transformer secondary pole has AC output. If it is normal, the computer board is broken. If there is, the resistance at both ends of the pull-out solenoid valve should be about 30 ohms. If not, the whole machine is in poor contact with the mounting strip. If there is, the solenoid valve is choking or the filter screen is blocked. If you hear the sound of water flowing, the ceramic inner water pipe may break.

4. Fault phenomenon: alarm when the water temperature is too high (the buzzer keeps telling the low light not to flash).

Detection part: magnetic temperature switch, temperature sensor and computer board.

Troubleshooting: unscrew the drain bolt and feel whether the water temperature exceeds 45℃ by hand, then you can determine whether the temperature sensing switch is in good condition. After adding water again, turn off the water temperature heating with the remote control and heat the plug in the metering box to see if there is a voltage of 220V V V. If there is, the computer board is broken. If the resistance of the water temperature sensor is abnormal, replace the water temperature sensor (sometimes the 3062 on the computer board will be turned on or off, resulting in high water temperature, so replace the computer board).

5. Fault phenomenon: the stepping motor gives an alarm (the high voltage is cut off 5 times every 3 seconds).

Detection part: stepping motor, optical coupler board and computer board.

Troubleshooting: The stepping motor keeps rotating. Unplug the optical coupler plug. If it stops rotating, the optical coupler board will be damaged or damp. If it still rotates, the computer board will be damaged. The stepping motor does not rotate. Unplug the plug of the stepping motor, and the resistance of other wires should be about 30 ohms. If it is normal, use a multimeter to measure whether the secondary pole of the transformer has AC 9V output. If it is normal, the computer board is broken.

6. Fault phenomenon: the drainage motor does not return to zero and gives an alarm (it rings 5 times every 3 seconds and flashes 5 times in low light).

Detection part: drainage motor, computer board and hall board.

Troubleshooting: First, check whether the magnet on the cam corresponds to Hall; If not, measure whether the plug of the drainage motor has a DC voltage of 12V; If yes, the motor is broken; If not, the computer board is broken; If the motor keeps rotating, check whether both ends of the hall board line are normal; If there is a constant voltage of 5V, the hall board is broken.
