Superstar. Taizhou Phoenix Villa is located in Taizhou State Guesthouse, at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in the center of Taizhou. It is the only urban landscape hotel in Taizhou, and was rated as a super-star hotel by the National Tourism Star Hotel Evaluation Committee in September 20021.
