Welcome to read.

Ingredients

250g fresh strawberries

About 16 fresh strawberries

200g whipping cream

60g milk+ 20g

60g fine sugar

15g gelatine powder or gelatin tablets

100ml cold water

40g butter

Oreo cookies 90g (about one bag)

Steps

1. Use a knife to remove the creamy part of the Oreo cookie base, put it in a plastic bag, and crush it with a rolling pin ; Melt the butter in the microwave at high heat for one minute, mix it with the crushed Oreo cookies, put it into a 6-inch removable bottom mold and flatten it, then refrigerate it for half an hour

2. Soak 250g fresh strawberries in light salt water, cut them into pieces, mix with 20g milk and make a puree, do not break them too much

3. Pour gelatine powder into 100ml cold water and stir quickly , add 60g of fine sugar to 60g of milk and heat over water, add soaked gelatine powder and stir until melted. Friends who like sweetness can add dozens of grams more of fine sugar in this step according to personal taste. Pour in the strawberry puree prepared previously and stir evenly to form a puree.

4. Beat the light cream 60% until lines appear. Friends who like sweetness can add an appropriate amount of fine sugar before whipping the cream. I don’t like it too sweet, so I didn’t add it; Mix the cream and puree evenly.

5. Prepare 10 strawberries, cut off the tops of the strawberries, then cut them in half and place them neatly into the prepared cake mold. Pour in the prepared mousse liquid and pound it slightly on the table to make the mousse liquid even. Put it in the refrigerator (fresh-keeping layer) for more than 5 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can also put it in the freezer layer for 1-2 hours.

6. Use a hair dryer to blow around the mold to release it. Cut 3 strawberries in half and shape them on top of the refrigerated mousse. You can shape them how you like. Friends who are not in a hurry can use a spoon to sort out the surrounding cream, it will be more beautiful, and it’s done!

Tips

If you like sweetness, you can add more sugar. You can add it to milk or whipped cream. This mousse is simple to make and easy to eat. It looks like a star hotel. Strawberries can also be replaced with mango or other fruits.
