Yanzhou Ancient City, located in jiande city, Zhejiang Province, has a very long history. As early as the 25th year of Qin Dynasty, the county was established, with a history of 1800 years.

1, Fuchunjiang

Including Fuchunjiang, Xin 'anjiang and Qiandao Lake (also known as two rivers and one lake), the scenic spot spans Fuyang, Tonglu, Jiande and Chun 'an, with an area of 1 123 square kilometers; Its upper part is connected with Huangshan Mountain and its lower part is connected with West Lake. The mouth of the cave faces slightly west and south. 1974 The vertebrate paleontology Institute of Paleoanthropology of Chinese Academy of Sciences cooperated with Zhejiang Museum to excavate the upper and lower strata containing fossils in the cave.

An upper right canine tooth fossil belonging to Homo sapiens Liujiang was found in the upper layer, which was about 50,000 years ago, roughly equivalent to the late Late Pleistocene, and was named Jiande Man. This discovery has increased the distribution of Homo sapiens fossils in China, which is of great significance in archaeology.
