Zhou Haoran's Artistic Resume
Zhou Haoran (1929-2009) was born in Jiangjin, Sichuan (now Chongqing), a famous family of Confucianism and medicine. At the age of 6, he studied calligraphy under the guidance of his grandfather and father. At the age of seven, he began to write couplets for his neighbors. 1 1 year-old, he is called a "child prodigy" because he often writes shrines and shop tips to fellow villagers. 1942 13-year-old Zhou Haoran went to Chongqing East Sichuan Normal University. Mr. Nie Rongzao, the headmaster, attaches great importance to calligraphy and spares no effort to advocate it. He often said, "Good calligraphy is part of being a teacher." This has a great influence on young Zhou Haoran, who has been attached to calligraphy all his life. After taking part in the work, he practiced calligraphy after teaching. Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan in Tang Dynasty, Su Shi and Huang Tingjian in Song Dynasty. Absorbing the strengths of others and mastering them, it has gradually formed a unique style with rich brushwork, broad and bold words, thick and steep. As early as the early 1970s, Zhou Haoran's calligraphy became famous. During the Cultural Revolution, he was ordered to write a huge three-meter square. He took his time, tied a long bamboo pole into a huge hair, waved his hand, and the lines between the lines were vigorous and powerful, which was praised by everyone he met. Soon, the relevant departments arranged for 10 famous calligraphers from all over the country to inscribe in Beijing Working People's Cultural Palace, and he was one of the invitees. 1979, the cultural department of China selected 100 representative works of famous painters and painters in Ming and Qing Dynasties to be exhibited in Japan. Modern calligraphers include Shen, Chu Tunan, Zhao Puchu, Shu Tong, Ma and so on. Zhou Haoran is among them. Since 1980, Zhou Haoran has participated in more than 100 calligraphy exchange exhibitions in China, Japan, China, South Korea, Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province Province. He has held personal calligraphy exhibitions in Tokyo, Kobe and other places, and was also invited to teach China's calligraphy art and hold personal calligraphy exhibitions in Germany. Zhengzhou Yellow River Forest of Steles, Kaifeng Hanlin Forest of Steles, Luoyang Tuancheng Peony Gallery, Chongqing Jinyun Mountain, Hechuan Fishing City, New Fourth Army Memorial Hall, Huaihai Campaign Memorial Hall ... These famous scenic spots and memorial halls in other provinces all have his Mo Bao, totaling more than 160. In his hometown of Linjiang Tower, Jiangjin, there is a picture of 16 12 written by Zhong, a famous figure in Qing Dynasty, which complements each other through his calligraphy. Its shape and spirit are both majestic and natural, which is amazing. The Collection of Contemporary China Calligraphy Works contains 10 kinds of Zhou Haoran calligraphy works. He has also written and published many calligraphy papers and published many monographs such as Calligraphy Learning and Appreciation. He used to be a librarian of Sichuan Literature and History Research Institute, vice chairman of Sichuan Calligraphers Association and a member of China Calligraphers Association, enjoying a high reputation in the calligraphy field. Du Fu's Daya Gallery in Chengdu Caotang, the legacy of Huang Lao in Qingyang Palace, the stone tablet in the West God Square of Wuhou Temple, Rentian Hotel, Aviation Building and many other signs, although not inscribed, can be recognized at a glance as his handwriting.
