Validity period of hotel franchise license

There is no such thing as an expiration date.

In 2006, the annual examination system was no longer implemented for the Special Trade Permit of the hotel industry. The Food and Beverage Service Permit does not need annual inspection, and the Hygiene Permit for Public Places needs annual inspection.

Expiration of franchise license: the old license must be cancelled first. The new operator shall go to the industrial and commercial department for pre-approval and registration of the name with a copy of his/her ID card and the Agreement on the Transfer of Store Name (if it is a new store name, he/she can bring a copy of his/her ID card directly). Apply for a new special trade business license, health permit and fire safety inspection opinion with the Notice of Name Pre-approval of the industry and commerce. After the completion of the application, you can go back to the industrial and commercial department for business license.
