Lian Po said, "How long will it take?" Wang Yixiang said, "Less than an hour." Lian Po a listen to impatient, threw all the steamed stuffed bun on the chopping board into the boiling water pot, and in a short time, all the steamed stuffed bun floated up. After eating the cooked water bag, Lian Po repeatedly applauded: "It's really a bite of oil, it smells good." From then on, Wang Yixiang changed the steamed bun shop to a "bite of oil" water-in-water restaurant, and the business became more prosperous. Later, it was changed to "a basket of oil" during the Northern Song Dynasty, which has been passed down to this day.
