1. Structural integrity. Check whether the furnace body, furnace frame, furnace door and other structural parts of the Buffet furnace are intact and free of cracks, damage, etc. As a cooking device, the structural integrity of the Buffet stove directly affects its safety and stability. This is the most basic acceptance criterion.

4. Smoke exhaust effect. After lighting the Buffet stove, check whether the exhaust pipe is clear and whether the smoke exhaust is smooth. Unobstructed smoke exhaust is one of the important measures for kitchen safety and fire prevention.

5. Temperature holding time. Heat 300ml of water to 60°C, then turn off the power of the Buffet oven and check whether the water temperature is maintained above 55°C after 4 hours. Check the Buffet stove's ability to retain heat and its role in continuously providing energy for the cooking process.

6. Easy to clean. Check that the internal structure of the Buffet stove is flat and smooth, with no crevices hiding dirt. The smooth and flat hearth is easy to clean, which is one of the hotel's requirements for kitchen equipment.

Accessory spare parts are normal and sufficient to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the Buffet furnace to the greatest extent.
