How should the meeting room of an enterprise be arranged?

First, the overall requirements of the conference room:

The conference room is a place for meetings and also a place to place conference TV equipment. Therefore, the rationality of conference room design determines the quality of conference TV images and directly affects the efficiency of the conference. A complete video conference room planning and design can not only provide a comfortable meeting environment for participants, but more importantly, it can realistically reflect the people and scenery at the scene (venue) and give participants a sense of presence, so as to achieve good results in visual and language communication. Images from the conference room should include people, landscapes, charts, words and so on.

Two. Type, size and environment of meeting room

1. Type of meeting room

The types of meeting rooms are classified according to the nature of the meeting, and are generally divided into public meeting rooms and professional meeting rooms. Public meetings are suitable for opening to the outside world, including administrative work meetings and business meetings. This kind of meeting room is well equipped, mainly including TV, microphone, speaker, controlled camera, flat camera and auxiliary camera (scene shooting, etc.). ). If the venue is large, it can be equipped with a projection TV (rear projection is preferred). The special meeting room mainly provides academic discussion, distance teaching and medical consultation, so in addition to the above-mentioned public meeting room equipment, teaching and learning equipment can be added as needed, such as whiteboard, video recorder, fax machine, printer, etc.

2. Meeting room size

The size of the conference room is related to the video conference equipment and the number of participants. According to the number of people who usually attend the meeting, apart from deducting the distance from the first row of seats to the display equipment behind the podium, the space occupied by each person can be considered as 2m2, or even relaxed to 2.5m2 per person. The ceiling height should be greater than 3m2.

3, the environment of the meeting room

The temperature and humidity of the meeting room should be suitable, generally considered as room temperature 18 ~ 25℃, and the humidity of 60% ~ 80% is reasonable. In order to ensure suitable indoor temperature and humidity, an air conditioning system can be installed in the conference room to realize the functions of heating, humidification, refrigeration, dehumidification and ventilation. The meeting room requires fresh air, and the number of air changes per person per hour shall not be less than 18m3. The environmental noise level of the conference room is required to be 40dB(A) to form a good conference environment. If the indoor noise is too loud, such as the noise of air conditioning, it will greatly affect the performance of the sound system, and other venues can't hear the speech clearly.

Third, the layout, lighting and sound effects of the conference room

In addition to the required layout, the conference TV room can be flexibly arranged. The following figure shows the layout of a typical TV conference room:

The display equipment of the whole conference room is divided into two parts. One part is the projection (or rear projection TV) behind the rostrum, which is responsible for providing the participants with the images of this venue and another venue. The other part is the four TVs in front of the rostrum, which are divided into two groups and are responsible for displaying the images of this venue and another venue for the leaders of the rostrum.

Image acquisition equipment is also divided into two groups. The main camera is installed in the center of the venue to capture the image of the rostrum in real time, and another set of panoramic cameras is installed in front of the conference room to take a panoramic view of the venue. Both sets of cameras should be controlled cameras, which can be controlled by conference television equipment.

A pair of speakers should be installed in the front and back of the conference room. In order to get better sound effect, it is required to be at least one meter away from the wall and TV.

2, the layout of the meeting room

Another factor that affects the image quality is the scenery and colors around the venue, as well as the colors of tables and chairs. Generally do not use colors such as "white" and "black". These two colors will have adverse effects on people's photography, such as "reflecting light" and "stealing light". Therefore, it is advisable to use light colors around the walls, tables and chairs, such as beige, light green and light brown around the walls. Cool colors should be used in the south and warm colors should be used in the north, so the video level provided is about 0.35V V V. The camera background (the wall behind the main body) is not suitable for hanging scenery and other scenery, otherwise it will increase the information of camera objects, which is not conducive to the improvement of image quality. You can consider putting flowers, bonsai and other elegant objects indoors to increase the overall elegant, lively and harmonious atmosphere of the conference room, which is very helpful to promote the meeting effect.

Judging from the viewing effect, the layout of the display is often placed in the position relative to the center of the participants, about one meter away from the ground, and the distance between people and the display is about 4-6 times the height of the screen. Each participant's horizontal viewing angle on the display shall not exceed 60 degrees. The size of the monitor screen used should be determined according to the data rate of conference TV, the number of people attending the conference, the size of the conference room and other factors. Small conference rooms can only use 29-34 inch monitors, or a local area of large conference rooms; Large conference rooms should be dominated by projection TV sets, all of which adopt rear projection type. You can choose the size of the TV as appropriate, and it is best to place the TV in the front of the meeting room facing people.

3. Meeting room lighting

Lighting is the basic requirement of the conference room. The camera has an automatic color equalization circuit, which can provide true and natural colors. The light incident from the window (color temperature about 5800K) is higher than that of fluorescent lamp (3500K) or tricolor lamp (3200K). If there are two kinds of light sources (natural light source and artificial light source) indoors, video images of blue projection and red shadow area will be produced. On the other hand, the meeting time is random, and the illumination and color temperature of natural light sources are different in the morning and afternoon. Therefore, the meeting room should avoid using natural light sources and use artificial light sources, and all windows should be covered with dark curtains. When using artificial light sources, cold light sources, such as "tricolor lights" (R, G, B), should be selected to obtain the best effect. Avoid using thermal light sources, such as iodine tungsten lamp with high illumination. The illumination of the meeting room should be 500LUX for the camera area, such as the human face. In order to prevent the uneven light of the face (eyes, nose and full shadow), the tricolor lamp should be rotated to a suitable position, which was determined when the conference TV was installed. For monitors and projection TVs, the illumination around them should not be higher than 80LUX, but should be between 50 and 80 lux, otherwise the viewing effect will be affected. In order to ensure the readability of documents and charts, the illumination in the chart area of documents should be no more than 700LUX, and the chairman area should be controlled at about 800LUX.

4, the sound effect of the meeting room

In order to ensure the sound insulation and sound absorption effect, there are carpets, ceilings and sound insulation blankets on the surrounding walls in the room. Windows should be double-glazed and sound insulation devices should be considered when entering or leaving the door.

According to the acoustic technical requirements, a certain volume of conference room has certain reverberation time requirements. Generally speaking, if the reverberation time is too short, the sound will be dull and dry; The mixing time is too long and the sound is chaotic. Therefore, different conference rooms have their best reverberation time. If the reverberation time is appropriate, it can beautify the speaker's voice, cover up the noise and increase the meeting effect. The calculation formula of specific reverberation time is as follows:

t = KV/{ S[-2.3 LG( 1-a)]+4MV }

Among them:

K is a parameter variable of room shape, generally 0.161;

V is the room volume (usually m

S is the total surface area of indoor sound absorber (m glass

A is the indoor average sound absorption coefficient; The specific calculation method is as follows:

α =(∑S i α i+ ∑N j α j)/ S

Where: s-total indoor surface area;

S I- the surface area of each part in the room;

αI- corresponds to the sound absorption coefficient of surface Si;

NJ- the number of people or objects;

αj- corresponds to the sound absorption coefficient of Ni.

M is the attenuation coefficient of sound in air; When the relative humidity is 70%, it is about 1000Hz 0.00 12.

4000 Hz 0.0062

6000 Hz 0.0 134

8000 Hz 0.0200

10000 Hz 0.0250

T is reverberation time (s);

When the height of the conference room is about 4m, the volume is

Fourth, the conference room power supply system

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply system in the conference room and reduce the electrical crosstalk caused by power supply, three sets of power supply systems should be adopted. A power supply system is used for lighting the meeting room; The second power supply system, as the power supply of the whole terminal equipment and control room equipment, adopts Uninterruptible Power Supply System (UPS). The third power supply system is used for the power supply of air conditioners and other equipment.

Grounding is an important problem in power supply system. The grounding wire required for the control room or computer room and conference room shall be connected to the grounding bus bar set in the control room or computer room. If the grounding body is set separately, the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4W; When it is difficult to set up a separate grounding body, it can also be used in conjunction with other grounding systems, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.3W It must be emphasized that in the three-phase five-wire system with common grounding mode, the protective ground wire must be the fifth wire and must be strictly separated from the AC current zero line, otherwise the unbalanced power supply of the zero line will cause serious interference to the image.
