Announcement on House Expropriation of Renovation Project in Xiaoliangzhuang Area of Jinan City

The decision on expropriation of houses on state-owned land in Xiaoliangzhuang area reconstruction project has been made by the people's government of this district according to law. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of solicitation

East to No.14 Middle School, the current fence, west to Zhongguangming Street, south to Jianning Road, north to the East Block of Zhongguangming Street and Jingshi Road, including:

_ 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, 22, 24, 28, 74, 76, 78, 80, 82 and 84.

_ Xiaoliangzhuang StreetNo.: 13, 15, 17,19,21,23,31,33,71,770. 14 1, 143, 145, 147, 175;

_ Zhongguangming Street: No.6, No.6-1,No.6-2, No.6-3, No.8, 10, 14, 16, 18 and No.20 pass through 10th Road 2.

_ No.41-257 and No.86-128 of Xiaoliangzhuang Street;

The above house numbers include all side doors and sub-house numbers.

Fourth, levy compensation and resettlement.

According to the annex "Housing Expropriation and Compensation Scheme for Renovation Project of Xiaoliangzhuang Area in Central District".

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Rights and obligations of the expropriated person.

The expropriated person shall actively cooperate with the house expropriation work, sign the expropriation compensation and resettlement agreement with the expropriation department in accordance with the standards stipulated in the compensation plan within the prescribed signing period, and complete the relocation. If the expropriated person refuses to accept the decision on house expropriation, he may apply to the Jinan Municipal People's Government for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of announcement of this decision, or bring an administrative lawsuit to the people's court within 6 months from the date of announcement of this decision.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

After the houses within the scope of expropriation are expropriated according to law, the right to use state-owned land shall be recovered at the same time.

If the expropriated person fails to reach a compensation agreement within the stipulated signing period or the owner of the expropriated house is unknown, the district house expropriation department shall report to the District People's Government to make a compensation decision in accordance with the standards and relevant provisions of the expropriation compensation scheme. If the expropriated person does not move within the time limit stipulated in the compensation decision, he will apply to the people's court for compulsory relocation according to law.
