What brand is QSP?

QSP (Quality Selection Process Quality Selection Procedure). Every employee who enters the Ritz-Carlton Hotel must undergo QSP test after the first round of interview to measure whether the values and attitudes of these candidates are suitable for the company culture of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and then they are eligible to meet the department heads and enter the next round of professional interviews. However, after decades of use and improvement, Ritz-Carlton found that QSP covers a wide range of contents and its functions go far beyond this. Their QSP is divided into general staff, management level (supervisor, foreman), manager level and director level (administrator). Because hotel salespeople are very important, they have another set of QSP for sales. Each QSP has 50 ~ 60 topics, involving about10 ~1,which tests the applicant's learning ability, service awareness and ability, emergency handling ability, communication ability, work arrangement ability and ability to establish relationships with others.
