Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and strictly "enrolling students according to law" to ensure the smooth enrollment of the college entrance examination.
Article 2 Chengdu Yinxing Hotel Management College (school code: 13670) was founded in 2002 and is a private full-time general undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education.
Adhering to the school philosophy of "achieving students and serving the society", the school trains middle and senior applied management and technical talents, and is committed to building an application-oriented hotel management university with distinctive characteristics, first-class in China and internationally renowned.

Article 3 The school enrollment work will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, follow the principle of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency", vigorously promote the "sunshine project" of enrollment, and select outstanding talents for the country and schools. The enrollment work is supervised by the Supervision Department of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties
Article 4 School Admissions Committee. It is composed of school leaders, heads of relevant functional departments, representatives of teachers and students, and alumni representatives. The director of the Admissions Committee is the headmaster. The Admissions Committee has a leading group for enrollment work, which exercises the functions and powers of the Admissions Committee when the Admissions Committee is not in session.
Article 5 The leading group for enrollment work. The team leader is the principal, the deputy leader is the executive principal, the vice principal and the assistant to the principal, and the members are the heads of the Admissions Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Finance Office, the Assets and Logistics Management Office and the Security Office. The Admissions Leading Group shall perform its duties according to the articles of association of the Admissions Committee of Chengdu Ginkgo Hotel Management College. The Office of the Admissions Leading Group is located in the Admissions Office, which is responsible for studying and formulating policies and regulations related to enrollment in schools, and studying and deciding on major issues in enrollment work.
The sixth enrollment supervision group. The school has set up an enrollment supervision team composed of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and the school office to supervise the whole enrollment work. The head of the enrollment supervision team is the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, and the members are composed of members of the Disciplinary Committee and school office staff. The office of the Commission for Discipline Inspection is responsible for the daily operation of enrollment supervision, the implementation of policies and regulations on enrollment, ensuring enrollment according to law and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates and schools.
Seventh school admissions publicity and enrollment staff strictly abide by the relevant national enrollment policies and regulations, and must participate in the enrollment policies and regulations and business training organized by relevant departments.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 8 The enrollment plan for each major of the school is finally approved and implemented by the Provincial Recruitment Committee and the Provincial Education Department according to the social demand for talents, the development plan of our school, the conditions for running schools, the development of disciplines, the employment situation of students and other factors.
Article 9 The formulation of professional plans in each province is based on the demand for talents in various places, the situation of students applying for our school and the employment situation of students. The Admissions Office will submit the enrollment plans of all provinces and majors to the competent departments of college enrollment in relevant provinces within the specified time, and announce them to the public.
Tenth schools should reserve a small number of undergraduate programs in accordance with the provisions, and balance the quality of students in various provinces (cities, autonomous regions). In principle, the reserved plan shall not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan of that year. After the reserved plan is audited by the competent department, the number of plans and the principle of use will be announced to the public, and the use will be publicized after admission. When using the reserved plan, adhere to the principle of quality first, openness and transparency, and mainly put it in the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where our school recruits high-quality students.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Eleventh schools in accordance with the principle of "fairness, justice and openness" merit-based admission of qualified candidates.
According to the batch of applications from non-parallel volunteer, the school gives priority to the candidates with the first choice. According to the batch reported by parallel volunteer, the relevant admission regulations of the Education Examinations Institute (Ban Zhao) in the province (municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region) where the candidates are located shall be strictly implemented.
The provinces, subjects and admission rules that implement the new college entrance examination plan shall be subject to the announcement of the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Twelfth schools in the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) according to the enrollment plan and the situation of students, and the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) Education Examinations Institute agreed transfer ratio.
Article 13 The admission rules for non-ordinary majors enrolled by schools are as follows:
Art majors only recruit candidates who take the college entrance examination for art majors.
Identification of cultural achievements: according to the scores of cultural examinations organized by various provinces, it should reach the undergraduate and junior college scores specified by the local education examinations institute (recruitment office).
Identification of professional scores: according to the professional examinations organized by the Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government, autonomous region) where the candidates are located, the unified professional examination books and professional qualified scores are identified.
In the case that the scores of cultural examination and professional examination both reach the control scores, the art majors will be selected according to the professional examination scores from high to low, and in the case of the same professional scores, the cultural examination scores (including policy points) will be selected from high to low.
Physical education majors are admitted from high to low according to the scores of cultural examinations and professional examinations, and from high to low according to the scores of cultural examinations (including policy points).
If the Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government or autonomous region) to which the students belong has special requirements for art and sports enrollment, it shall be implemented in combination with the requirements of the local Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office).
Article 14 Sichuan Province shall, in accordance with the principle of giving priority to professional volunteers (defining majors) and other provinces in accordance with the principle of giving priority to scores (defining scores), comprehensively consider the professional volunteers, total scores and scores of relevant subjects of the candidates who have been enrolled, and arrange for admission to majors. Under the principle of admission, priority is given to meeting the volunteer requirements of candidates for the first major.
Candidates who can't meet their professional volunteers, if they obey the professional deployment, will be admitted to other majors in the same category according to the principle of from high to low.
If the Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region) to which the students belong has special requirements for professional voluntary admission, it shall be implemented in combination with the requirements of the local Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office).
Article 15 There is no requirement for the proportion of male and female students in the enrollment major of the school, and both arts and sciences are accepted.
Article 16 The school does not restrict candidates from applying for foreign languages, but all candidates will be taught in English as the first foreign language after entering the school.
Seventeenth students majoring in sports and art are given priority under the same conditions. The handling of candidates who add or drop points is strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region) where the candidates are located.
Article 18 The school's requirements for candidates' physical health shall conform to the provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.
Nineteenth freshmen admitted by major (except tourism management, business administration) should apply to the school as required before entering the school, and in principle, they should be trained according to the pre-selected major after entering the school.
Article 20 After admission, arts and sports majors cannot be interchanged with non-arts and non-sports majors.
Twenty-first after admission, the school will review according to the enrollment policy and admission standards. Who do not meet the conditions or resort to deceit, disqualification, returned to the original region and unit.
Twenty-second in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the contents of the professional training plan are completed, and those who meet the graduation conditions are awarded the full-time undergraduate and junior college graduation certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education and inquired by the Ministry of Education Xuexin.com; Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees are awarded corresponding bachelor's degrees by Chengdu Yinxing Hotel Management College.
Article 23 According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the departments in charge of higher education enrollment in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), "all candidates who have been admitted shall not change their school status", so the candidates admitted to the school shall not be dismissed after being examined and confirmed by the school enrollment leading group.
Chapter V Charging Standards and Others
Twenty-fourth students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the filing standards of the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau. Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.
Article 25 In order to ensure that students from poor families can successfully complete their studies, the school constantly innovates and enriches the forms of funding and broadens the channels of funding, and has now formed a funding system that combines awards, assistance, loans and diligence, providing a comprehensive guarantee for the growth and success of students from poor families.
Twenty-sixth candidates must provide accurate and effective contact numbers to the local recruitment office in the registration information, and keep the phone open during the admission period so as to make necessary contacts. Candidates are responsible for all remaining problems caused by poor communication.

Twenty-eighth in addition to the provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) unified announcement of admission information, the school will announce the admission results on the campus network (www.gingkoc.edu.cn), and within 20 days after the end of the relevant batch of admission, the school will issue an admission notice.
Twenty-ninth school enrollment work is implemented by the Admissions Office, and no intermediary agencies or individuals are entrusted to enroll students, and no additional fees related to enrollment are charged.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 30 After the promulgation of the Articles of Association, in case of adjustment of enrollment policies for college entrance examinations in some provinces, the school will formulate corresponding enrollment policies according to relevant local policies and announce them separately.
Article 31 The Articles of Association shall apply to the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022, and the school admissions office shall be responsible for the interpretation.
