3. Rights and obligations of Party B
(1) Before taking over, it has the right to ask Party A to provide the real information of the adopted cat, including health status, personality, hobbies, living habits, etc. And make preliminary observation and contact.
(2) Make necessary communication and consultation with family members, and don't abandon the adopted cat because of family opposition, marriage, childbirth, job change and other reasons.
(3) Providing cat food or homemade fresh pure meat food for adopted cats; Provide clean drinking water.
(4) Provide appropriate indoor activity space for family breeding (no stocking) to ensure the safety of adopted cats.
(5) Vaccinate adopted cats regularly (once a year after adulthood). School-age cats should be sterilized at the right time. )
(6) When necessary, provide necessary medical measures for adopting cats. Never give up treatment when a cat is sick.
(7) Assist Party A and _ _ _ _ _ to understand the feeding situation and pay a return visit within an appropriate time after receiving the adopted cat.

4. This agreement shall come into effect as of the date when Party B accepts the adoption. From the effective date, if either party breaches the contract, the other party may unilaterally terminate this contract.
In case of any dispute, both parties shall settle it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties have the right to bring a lawsuit.
6. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be agreed by both parties separately.

First of all, the situation of the animal being led.

Second, the rights and obligations of both parties
(1) Rights of Party A:

(III) Rights of Party B:
1. Party B has the right to check Party A's adoption ability before adoption. If the adoption conditions are not met, Party B has the right to reject Party A's adoption application;
2. Party B has the right to ask Party A to pay the corresponding adoption fee. If Party B fails to pay the adoption fee, Party B has the right to reject Party A's adoption application;
3. Party B has the right to ask Party A to keep captive animals in strict accordance with the instructions. If it is known that Party A has not kept the captive animals according to the instructions and the animals have been infringed, Party B has the right to ask Party A to return the captive animals to Party B. ..
(IV) Obligations of Party B:
1. After Party B acknowledges Party A's adoption ability and collects the adoption fee paid by Party A, it is obliged to hand over the animals to Party A for safekeeping;

Through friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on animal adoption. Based on the principle of good faith, both parties reached the following adoption agreement through friendly negotiation:
1. Party A will entrust the adopted animals to Party B for adoption.
Two. Obligations of Party A:
The adopter shall truthfully inform the adopted animal of its health status, personality, hobbies, living habits and other information.
The adopter shall provide necessary consultation and assistance for Party B to adopt and raise animals in the future.
The adopter shall arrange appropriate personnel to pay regular visits to the adoptive family, communicate information and solve problems.
Three. Obligations of Party B:
(1) The adopter must be at least 18 years old and have proper professional or economic ability (ID card is required). Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents and signed with their consent.
(2) Before adopting an animal, the adopter has the right to ask Party A to provide the real situation of the adopted animal that Party A knows at present, and make preliminary observation and contact.
(3) The adopter must provide suitable food (natural cat food), clean drinking water and scientific feeding for the adopted animals.
(4) The adopter shall provide appropriate indoor activity space for family rearing and ensure the safety of the adopted animals.
(5) When necessary, the adopter shall provide necessary medical measures for the adopted animals. If the pet is sick, the adopter should insist on taking the pet to a regular pet hospital for treatment in time.
(6) After the adopter accepts the adoption, assist Party A to understand the feeding situation and pay a return visit (please inform Party A as soon as possible if the telephone number or address is changed).
(7) The adopter must communicate and discuss with his family in advance. After signing the adoption agreement, the adopted animal shall not be abandoned due to family opposition, marriage, childbirth, job change, disobedience to animals, animal illness and other reasons. And will never leave the adopted pet until it naturally grows old.
(8) If the adopter can't keep the adopted animals, he must return the animals to Party A, or find the animals jointly adopted by Party A for adoption, and shall not give them to others without Party A's consent.
(9) The adopter must take safety measures when pulling out the animal, such as tying the traction rope, and must not get lost or escape. Since it is a domestic pet cat, please don't take it out unnecessarily.
(10) After adoption, the adopter can't transfer it, let alone mortgage it to a third person (can't sell it or sell it).
(1 1) Adopters can't bring pets for breeding. Need age-appropriate sterilization.

Four. If Party B fails to treat the pet positively for the following reasons, Party A has the right to hold Party B accountable.
(1) The adopter failed to feed the pet scientifically or feed the inferior food on time.
(2) If the pet is sick, Party B fails to actively treat it in time.
(3) The adopter leads the pet out, leaving it unattended, resulting in its loss.
(4) The adopter deliberately abused the pet.
(5) The adopter eats the pet as food;
(6) If Party A finds out, it can directly claim compensation from Party B at twice the market price of the pet;
(7) During the adoption period, if the adopter feels unable to fulfill any of the above obligations, he can unconditionally and timely return the healthy and clean pet to Party A, and Party B can be exempted from the liability for breach of contract.
(VIII) If the adopter changes his address or moves out of Xi, he shall notify Party A in time or in advance.
5. If Party B fails to fulfill the above obligations and fails to return the pet in time, it will constitute a breach of contract. While Party A has the right to return the pet, Party B shall also bear the liability for breach of contract and pay the corresponding liquidated damages to Party A ... 6. In case of dispute, both parties agree to be under the jurisdiction of the people's court where the adopter is located.
Seven. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into force after being signed.
VIII. Party A shall hand over the adopted animals agreed in this agreement to Party B within one day from the effective date of this agreement, otherwise it shall be deemed as a breach of contract by Party A. ..
9. If Party B violates the above terms, it will be regarded as a serious breach of contract. Once found, Party A has the right to sue Party B and return the adopted animals.
X matters not covered in this agreement shall be agreed by both parties separately.
