3. People who come (return) to cities with community epidemics.

Specific measures: isolation at home for 7 days+health monitoring at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection on 1, 3, 7 and 14 days.

Including Shanghai, Changchun, Jilin, Langfang, Hebei, Quanzhou, Fujian, Dalian, Liaoning and Binzhou, Shandong.

4. People from cities (or counties, districts and banners) with obvious community exchanges come (return) deeply.

10. Domestic high-risk areas and areas with positive case reports.

Passengers who arrive in areas with high-risk positive cases in China by plane, train or coach need to board the plane (board the plane) with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and at the same time receive nucleic acid test on the ground.
