Ordinary undergraduate students have no ability to find a good job

First of all, I introduce myself to an undergraduate school in a central city. Our school has one in our province and two in other provinces. My major is secretarial (I was transferred when I crashed in the college entrance examination). The school is ok in the province, but it ranks behind one hundred in the whole country. Our major has no classes since the senior year. Therefore, in addition to those who take the postgraduate entrance examination, everyone has been practicing and looking for a job since the last semester of their senior year. I am no exception. Alas, when I was looking for a job, I found that I couldn't find anything that would attract the enterprise. I am neither a student union cadre nor a class cadre, and I have never won a scholarship. Although the result of the college entrance examination is the first in my class, like many people, I didn't study hard because of confusion and unwillingness after I went to college. Playing games and playing cards occupied most of my spare time. When I was a sophomore, I learned the guitar, indulged in it, played and sang, and enjoyed it, even my major was barren. Now I think I have some regrets (but I don't regret learning the guitar, because it brought me a lot of happiness, and I dreamed of setting up a band, but for various reasons, I can only regard it as a hobby, and guitar can now be counted as a part of my life). Now I advise my schoolmates to study hard and read more books. For the above reasons, I really have nothing to say when introducing myself. Generally, the introduction ends in less than one minute. As I am a secretary major, some questions that examiners often ask are whether the topic has been published, and the answer is of course no. I believe everyone can see my writing now, and it is estimated that even the level of high school students is not as good as that of high school students, so I have repeatedly hit a wall when looking for a job.

Internship experience: I worked as an intern in Wuhu Youth League Committee for more than one month in October 29 (no salary). During this period, I participated in the interview for the first time. I was a provincial road and bridge company. I felt fine at the initial test. When interviewing my leader in the second interview, let me introduce myself first, but I said that it was all on my resume, so that he could ask any questions. (For the record, it's definitely not arrogance, but that's what I thought at that time, because it was introduced at the first test. To sum up, the reason may be inexperience, which offended the leader, and the results in the initial test were still very wrong.

this is the end of the first job search. After working in the above-mentioned Municipal Youth League Committee for a month, I left because I didn't get paid, but I also learned a lot there, because the leaders were very kind to our interns and often asked us for meetings. Civil servants are good. It's nice to go out with leaders from time to time.

Soon after, I went to a four-star hotel to work as an administrative secretary. I'm at leisure at work, so I play games in front of the computer when I have nothing to do, and look at the website of fresh graduates or something. After working for three months, I felt I couldn't learn anything, so I quit.

With internship experience, it's easier to find a job. At least I have something to say during the interview, and I'm more mature, so I'm not so nervous during the interview. During the period, I also took part in a national examination with a million troops, and I studied for a few days before the exam (because I was still working in a hotel), which was basically a naked exam. Got 97 points. Later, I participated in some interviews one after another, and submitted my resume on online Shanghai. There is a Chinese talent network. I submitted my resume without a reply, and my resume was browsed zero times. Carefree.com is better, but at least some companies informed me to go for an interview. One of the jobs made me very sad-China Postal Savings Anhui Branch passed the written test, and two cities were interested in me during the interview, but the key point was that my employment agreement was put in the school when I signed it, and the school was closed at that time. If I can't get it, I'll miss out on this position that I yearn for very much. I was sad for quite a while. Perhaps for those students who have good schools, good grades and strong abilities, they are dismissive of this, but I already feel very good.

Like most students, I vote when I see something related to my major. There are twists and turns in the experience. Not long ago, I received an interview notice from PetroChina Anhui Sales Branch. Originally, their deadline had passed when I submitted my resume. But I received the notice unexpectedly. Very excited. This can be regarded as a very formal interview I have experienced. There are four interviewers. First of all, self-introduction is indispensable. I feel that the introduction is quite good. Later, the examiner asked some questions, and I was able to answer them freely. Finally, give me a recent case and let me write an essay. Although I feel that my writing style is not so good, my starting point and observation angle are very good. A few days later, I received a second-round exam notice. I looked at the second-round exam list, and my initial test score ranked second. This is an interview without a leading group. There are six examiners, three of whom interviewed for the first time, all of whom are directors or something. The middle estimate is the biggest leader. Or introduce yourself first, and finally the examiner asks questions, and everyone can answer them casually. Some questions can be answered or not. Although I was a little nervous this time, I felt fine on the whole, and there was nothing fatal. After the interview, I received a notice to sign the agreement in the afternoon. Alas, look up and sigh.

conclusion: first of all, we should correct our mentality and avoid impetuousness and quick success (I think it is a common problem of many people). Introspection every day, sweep the garbage in your heart and make it full of sunshine.

Be more targeted when submitting your resume. Think about which companies you have voted for. Even if you are asked to go for an interview, will you go? This can save a lot of experience and cost.

nothing is impossible to find opportunities. The system is not dead in China, at least I think so. Sometimes you have a chance if you work hard.

Stop thinking of yourself as a student and think of yourself as a social person. Working people, keep their nature and do what they should.

We are still young, so it's good to eat more bitterness, and it's fundamental to practice internal skills hard. (We are working hard ...)

Take a long-term view, and don't fixate on wages, for the rest of our lives will be very long.

these are just my humble opinions. The ordinary experience of a very ordinary job seeker.

But I firmly believe that we must keep a good attitude! Live your true self!

I wish everyone find the bread and milk they want as soon as possible. ;
